The Ewelme Colony purchased the Lyons bees and equipment in the spring of 2010. Since then their Bee Technician, Phillip Walter, has gained his official Green Certificate from the Alberta government making him a Certified Bee Technician.
This wonderful sweet honey is available year-round at the Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village, the Ewelme Colony and at the Pincher Creek Pioneer Farmers’ Market in the summer months.
