The Pincher Creek Pioneer Farmers’ Market is starting on June 7, 2013.

Our usual vendors are back:

Room to Grow Market Farm is bringing fresh produce, jams, jellies, preserves and her fabulous art again this year. Check out their website: www.nhdsimm-rm2grow.com for details and directions to their u-pick farm!

Dana’s Country Comforts will be returning with her oh-so-cozy blankets, her delicious pies and other baked treats. Contact Dana at mrsbean63@hotmail.com for custom orders for blankets or baking!

 

Springridge Ranch will be attending the market on a sporadic basis this year. Their yak-cross meat is world famous. Contact Russ and Melissa at eat_more_yak@yahoo.ca for details.

 

Peggy Sommerfeldt will return full-time this year with her beautiful native crafts. Come chat with Peggy for your custom orders.

 

Leticia Pederson will be travelling from High River for the market again this season. Leticia’s sewing is beautiful and make a great gift. Talk to Leticia for any custom orders you may need.

 

Aprons by McGeorge will be attending this year. George’s aprons are fun and colorful. He will gladly take your custom orders as well.

 

Birds & Bees Organic Winery and Meadery will be selling their organic wines and meads. Helen will be on hand on every other week. She will gladly answer any of your wine questions. Go to www.birdsandbeeswinery.com for details on their operations.

 

Gerie’s Crafts will be in their spot again this year. Gerie & Meta will be here with their home knitting, sewing, house plants and sometimes fresh produce. Come have a coffee with them again and again.

 

Hedy Fischer will be attending again this year. She was missed last year. Her beautiful art is a welcome addition to our market and to any home. Ask Hedy about her custom work.

 
Our Epicure vendor, Colette Owens will be attending this year’s Pioneer Market. Colette will have all the delicious Epicure selections for you to choose from.
 

Darious from Ewelme Colony will be bringing their amazing honey and honey products. Check the market often for their schedule.

 

These are just a few of the vendors that are coming to the market this year. We have many enquiries from all over southern Alberta to come and show us their wares. Check back every Friday as there may be a new vendor for you to chat with and get the wonderful item for your home.

 

The Pioneer Market is EVERY Friday, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm in Pioneer Place at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village located at 1037 Bev McLachlin Drive.

Choices!

During the Farmers Market, you are presented with a wide array of choices.  Flowers, plants, fruit, vegetables,  produce, baking, handcrafted items, textiles, honey, fudge and confectioneries, artwork, jewelry, home and beauty items, and so much more.  Last farmers market is October 19.







Even a choice for lunch.
